Trim tenderloins of excess fat. Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl, and insert tenderloins. Cover and marinate for at least one hour under refrigeration, preferrably overnight. Remove and drain tenderloins, reserving marinade. Place tenderloins on a wire rack and bake at 350° for 45 minutes (or until done), turning the tenderloins frequently and basting regularly.
Thin slice on a bias and serve as an appetizer, in Chinese fried rice, or Chinese-style noodle soup.
