White Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1 lb (16 oz) cream cheese, softened
- ½ C sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 4 squares white baking chocolate, chopped and divided; you may substitute ¾ white chocolate chips
- 1 ready-to-use chocolate-flavor crumb crust
Directions
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer until well blended.
- Add eggs and mix until well blended. Stir in ½ C of the white chocolate.
- Pour into crust. Sprinkle with remaining white chocolate.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Makes 8 servings.
