White Chocolate Cheesecake

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer until well blended.
  2. Add eggs and mix until well blended. Stir in ½ C of the white chocolate.
  3. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with remaining white chocolate.
  4. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until center is almost set.
  5. Allow to cool, then refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Makes 8 servings.
