Turkey Sausage Rolls

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all ingredients, turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, and seasonings and set aside.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut each piece into 3 long strips, giving 6 strips in total.
  4. Separate the meat mixture into 6 equal portions and roll out in the middle of each pastry strip. Fold over the pastry and use a fork to seal the ends.
  5. Brush with egg wash and cut each long piece into 6 smaller pieces, 36 pieces in total.
  6. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper keeping them an inch or two apart.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown, let cool for 5 minutes and serve
