Gran Padano Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

Mushroom basting sauce

Directions

  1. Sauté onions, celery, parsley, and mushroom stems until vegetables are wilted.
  2. Add shrimp and crabmeat and sautee another 3-5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add Parmesan and bread crumbs.
  4. Stuff mushroom caps with mixture and top with basting mixture and extra Parmesan.
  5. Bake in buttered pan @350° oven for 15 minutes.
