Gran Padano Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 lb crabmeat
- ½ C gran padano parmesian
- ½ lb chopped shrimp
- Stems from 12 mushrooms
- 30 g Italian bread crumbs
- 1 stick butter
- 2 tbs parsley
- 1 onion
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 stalks celery
- Salt, red pepper, black pepper, white pepper, garlic powder, Louisiana hot sauce, and Tabasco to taste
Mushroom basting sauce
- 60 g butter
- 80 ml white wine
Directions
- Sauté onions, celery, parsley, and mushroom stems until vegetables are wilted.
- Add shrimp and crabmeat and sautee another 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add Parmesan and bread crumbs.
- Stuff mushroom caps with mixture and top with basting mixture and extra Parmesan.
- Bake in buttered pan @350° oven for 15 minutes.
