Steamed Eggs

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Marinate the shrimp in salt and white pepper
  2. Combine soy sauce, water, and sesame oil and set aside
  3. Whisk the eggs until very smooth, then add water
  4. Strain the egg mixture through a fine metal sieve into a heat-proof bowl
  5. Steam for 6 minutes on high heat
  6. Add shrimp to the top of the eggs and steam for another 2 minutes
  7. Top with sauce mixture and serve
