Smoked Mushrooms (V)
Ingredients
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 1 tbs liquid smoke
Directions
- Clean the mushrooms thoroughly with a stiff brush.
- Put the liquid smoke in the bottom of a Dutch oven. Place the mushrooms on a rack suspended above the liquid smoke.
- Cover and place in the oven on high for five minutes. Turn off the heat and allow the mushrooms to stay covered for another 20-25 minutes.
- Remove and serve or use in other recipes.
