Smoked Mushrooms (V)

Directions

  1. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly with a stiff brush.
  2. Put the liquid smoke in the bottom of a Dutch oven. Place the mushrooms on a rack suspended above the liquid smoke.
  3. Cover and place in the oven on high for five minutes. Turn off the heat and allow the mushrooms to stay covered for another 20-25 minutes.
  4. Remove and serve or use in other recipes.
