Shrimp Slaw Sandwich with Garlic Lemon Aioli
Ingredients
- 2 lbs cooked shrimp
- 2½ C broccoli slaw
- 1½ C mayonnaise
- 1½ tbs lemon juice
- 1¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 large loaf bread
Directions
- Peel, clean, and cook shrimp, and set aside
- Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder
- Scoop out some of the bread to create a valley for the slaw and shrimp
- Spread some of the mayonnaise mixture onto the bread, and combine the rest with the slaw
- Spread the broccoli slaw mixture onto the bread, and top with shrimp. Cut into desired size sandwiches
