Shrimp Dip
Ingredients
- 2 8-oz packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 tbs mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Creole seasoning
- Pinch cayenne, paprika, garlic powder
Directions
- Boil shrimp in shrimp boil. Drain, chop them finely, and save the liquid used to boil them.
- Soften cream cheese and add saved shrimp boil. Add chopped green onions, mayonnaise and shrimp. Mix until smooth.
- Add all seasonings and chill for at least one hour before serving.
