Sesame Ginger Dressing
Ingredients
- 100 g carrots, diced
- 50 g shallots, diced
- 2 tbs ginger, grated
- 1 tbs sugar
- ½ C rice wine vinegar
- ¼ C soy sauce
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- 1 C canola oil
- 2 tbs sesame oil
Directions
- Peel and dice the carrots, dice the shallots and ginger, and add them to blender. Add the vinegar, soy sauce, and seasonings and blend.
- Add the canola oil in a slow stream to the blender and emulsify. Add the sesame oil and blend to finish. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator

- This is a copycat recipe of the house dressing available in many sushi restaurants
