Sesame Ginger Dressing

Directions

  1. Peel and dice the carrots, dice the shallots and ginger, and add them to blender. Add the vinegar, soy sauce, and seasonings and blend.
  2. Add the canola oil in a slow stream to the blender and emulsify. Add the sesame oil and blend to finish. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
