Sandwich Bread
Ingredients
430 g bread flour (~1lb))
245 g warm water
20 g oil
7 g yeast
9 g kosher salt
6 g sugar
Directions
Mix Dry & Wet:
Combine flour and salt in one bowl. In mixer bowl, mix yeast, sugar, oil, and water; proof 5 minutes.
Make Dough:
Add flour mixture, mix until combined, then knead for 10 minutes.
First Rise:
Form dough into a ball, place in greased bowl, cover, and let rise 30 minutes.
Shape Loaf:
Grease loaf pan(s). Punch down dough, flatten into rectangle, roll into loaf shape, and place in pan(s).
Second Rise:
Cover and let rise another 30 minutes.
Bake:
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, rotating after 20.
