Directions

  1. Mix Dry & Wet: Combine flour and salt in one bowl. In mixer bowl, mix yeast, sugar, oil, and water; proof 5 minutes.
  2. Make Dough: Add flour mixture, mix until combined, then knead for 10 minutes.
  3. First Rise: Form dough into a ball, place in greased bowl, cover, and let rise 30 minutes.
  4. Shape Loaf: Grease loaf pan(s). Punch down dough, flatten into rectangle, roll into loaf shape, and place in pan(s).
  5. Second Rise: Cover and let rise another 30 minutes.
  6. Bake: Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, rotating after 20.
