Roasted Sesame Dressing

Directions

  1. Toast Sesame: Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium-high, stirring constantly. Once golden, lower heat and continue until deep brown. Immediately transfer to a plate to cool.
  2. Grind: Grind toasted seeds with a mortar and pestle until mostly fine, leaving some whole seeds.
  3. Finish: Add remaining ingredients, mix well until honey is fully dissolved, and adjust seasoning.
  4. Store: Refrigerate and shake before using. Keeps for several weeks.
