Quick Vegan BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 C organic ketchup
- 2 tbs molasses
- ¼ C brown sugar or pure maple syrup
- ¼ C apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbs low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbs vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Sriracha, or other hot sauce
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl and whisk to combine.
Chef's Notes
- Yield: 18 oz, store refrigerated for up to a week
- Look for a ketchup without high fructose corn syrup.
- For Gluten Free, use gluten free tamari instead of the low sodium soy sauce.
