Potato Pancakes (v)

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in the food processor and puré until smooth.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and add ¼ C of the potato mixture
  3. Fry them like pancakes, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Cool on a wire rack and serve with caviar, sour cream and rinsed red onions
