Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs pork tenderloin
- ½ C soy sauce
- ½ C sesame oil
- 3 tbs vinegar
- ¾ tsp dry mustard
- 2 tsp garlic
Directions
- Trim tenderloins of excess fat.
- Combine dry ingredients in a deep vessel and insert tenderloins. Cover and marinate under refrigeration for at least 1 hour, overnight if possible.
- Remove tenderloins and drain, reserving the liquid for basting.
- Place tenderloins on a charcoal grill over indirect heat, turning occasionally and basting frequently, for about 45 minutes.
- Remove the tenderloins from the fire and wrap them tightly in aluminum foil for another 30 minutes.
- Thin slice on a bias and serve with vegetables and rice.
