Pommes Mont d'Or
Ingredients
- 4 C mashed potatoes
- ½ C Gruyere cheese
- 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Mix the eggs into the mashed potatoes in a food processor and season with salt and pepper to taste
- Turn the mixture into buttered gratin dish and top with cheese. Bake @400° for 30 min
