Pommes Mont d'Or

Ingredients

• 4 C mashed potatoes
• ½ C Gruyere cheese
• 3 eggs
• Salt and pepper

Directions

1. Mix the eggs into the mashed potatoes in a food processor and season with salt and pepper to taste
2. Turn the mixture into buttered gratin dish and top with cheese. Bake @400° for 30 min
