Pimiento Cheese
Ingredients
- 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
- 4 oz diced pimentos (with juice)
- 1 C shredded cheddar
- 1 C shredded Monterey Jack
- ¾ C mayonnaise
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- Salt/pepper and hot sauce to taste
Directions
- Mix cheeses in a stand mixer on low for 2-3 minutes. Add mayo, spices and (drained) pimentos. Refrigerate after use
