Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 C peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Shape dough into 1½" balls on a greased cookie sheet.
- Flatten with the bottom of a glass dipped in additional sugar.
- Bake at 350° for 10 minutes, and cool on a wire rack.
