  1. Combine salt, pepper, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder, add Worcestershire sauce, tabasco sauce, and eggs and mix well.
  2. Add beef and incorporate fully. Alternate milk and breadcrumbs until each is fully incorporated.
  3. Form meat mixture into a loaf and place in a buttered 9x13" cake pan. This makes for a shallow meat loaf that I cut like brownies. It exposes the maximum surface area for the ketchup that is applied in the next step.
  4. Put ketchup on top per personal preference and bake uncovered at 400°. Remove when the internal temperature registers 160° F (~30 minutes).
