Oysters en Brochette

Directions

  1. In a skillet fry strips of thick-sliced bacon until almost crisp. Remove bacon and reserve bacon drippings.
  2. Place oysters, cherry tomatoes and mushroom caps in a fireproof container and cover with sauce and bacon cut into 1½" pieces.
  3. Bake @375° until oysters curl and are hot throughout, about 15 minutes.
  4. Remove container from oven and spoon sauce and ingredients over toasted French bread. Garnish with chopped spinach.
