Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Directions

  1. Measure oatmeal and blend in blender or food processor until it is a fine powder.
  2. Cream the butter and both sugars, add eggs and vanilla, and mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  3. Add chocolate chips, Hershey Bar and nuts.
  4. Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes at 375°.
