Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Combine flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda and set aside.
  3. Cream butter with sugars and add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly, then add morsels and oatmeal and turn until combined.
  5. Spoon by tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 7-9 minutes. Cool on rack. Cookies will firm slightly as they cool.
