Ninfa's Green Sauce

Directions

  1. Peel avocados and place in a blender.
  2. In a medium sauce pan, boil the tomatoes, tomatillos, garlic, and jalapeños for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove the mixture from the sauce pan and place in the blender with the avocados.
  4. Add the sour cream and blend for 5 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips and margaritas.
