Ninfa's Green Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 medium avocados
- 3 medium green tomatoes
- 4 fresh tomatillos
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 sprigs coriander
- 1-2 jalapeños
- 1½ C sour cream
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Peel avocados and place in a blender.
- In a medium sauce pan, boil the tomatoes, tomatillos, garlic, and jalapeños for 15 minutes.
- Remove the mixture from the sauce pan and place in the blender with the avocados.
- Add the sour cream and blend for 5 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips and margaritas.
