  1. Combine all ingredients. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Some limes are very tart and require additional sugar. However, add sugar very carefully, as fixing a sauce that is too sweet can be tricky
  2. Use this sauce for dipping boiled or steamed crab, lobster, shrimp, clams, or mussels
