Mustard Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 80 ml olive oil
• 2 tablespoons white wine
• ½ clove garlic, chopped
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• Juice of ½ lemon
• Salt
• Pepper

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients. Pour over salad and toss. Season to taste.
