Muffuletta
Ingredients (Proportions for 4 sandwiches)
- ¼ lb Soppressatta (2 oz)
- ½ lb Capicola or ham (8 oz)
- ¼ lb Mortadella (2 oz)
- ½ lb Genoa Salami (8 oz)
- ½ lb Prosciutto di Parma (8 oz)
- ½ lb Provolone (8 oz)
- ½ lb Mozzarella (8 oz)
- olive salad (lots)
Directions
- Split the loaf and oil both cut sites with olive oil.
- Spread the olive salad on the bottom and begin layering the meats in the order above with Provolone in between.
- Top the last layer with olive salad and cover with the top.
- Bake in sprayed foil at 400° F for about 45 minutes, about 145-150° internal temperature
