Miso Black Cod
Ingredients
- 4 150 g Black cod filets
- 1 C white miso
- 135 g sugar
- 85 ml Mirin
- 60 ml Sake
- 3 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs Sesame oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, add the cod filets, and marinate 8 hours
- Remove the cod from marinade, leaving some redidual marinade on the filets
- Place the cod on a rack on a sheet pan covered with oiled foil (to make cleanup easier)
- Broil 8-12 min about 8" from heat source. Remove pin bones before service

- This will also work in an Air Fryer - 6 minutes @400 (check @4min)
