Marinated Chicken Breast Strips

  1. Combine broth and soy sauce with dry ingredients, stirring until well mixed. Add chicken, cover and refrigerate and marinate for 2-3 hours.
  2. Place chicken and marinade in a 12x8x2" glass baking dish and bake @325° for 10 minutes. You may wish to remove the marinade and continue baking for another 5 or so minutes to "firm" the chicken up. Serve hot with marinade on the side.
