Korean Spicy Pork (Jaeyuk Bokkeum)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and mix well.
  2. Heat the pan over medium to medium-high and add 1 tsp of oil
  3. Add the meat and cook until golden brown. Remove the meat to a colander to drain.
  4. Add sliced onion to the pan and fry until translucent.
  5. Lower the heat, add the sauce and mix well, and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Taste and adjust seasonings, garnish with reserved green onions, and serve with steamed rice
