Korean Grilled Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 broiler or fryer chicken (cut into pieces)
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ C sesame seeds
- ¼ C corn oil
- ¼ C soy sauce
- ¼ C dark corn syrup (Karo)
Directions
- Mix the all the ingredients except the chicken, then add chicken, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate, turning once, at least three hours.
- Grill over low coals, turning and basting frequently, about 50 minutes until the breast measures 165° and the thighs measure 175°.
