Grilled Chicken Marinade
Ingredients
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Accent
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs Louisiana hot sauce
- 1 tbs Chinese rice wine
- 1 tbs parsley
Directions
- Apply seasonings liberally to both sides of chicken and allow to marinate for at least two hours, preferably overnight.
- Remove chicken to grill and reserve marinade for basting. Seasons about 4 chicken breasts, 6 thighs, or about 12 wings.
