French Pea Soup

Directions

  1. Sear the bacon and add onions and garlic.
  2. Add carrots when the onions are soft. Add the peas and cover with chicken broth and water.
  3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 25 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with spring onions and fresh herbs.
