Creole Crab Cakes

Directions

  1. Add seasonings, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, mustard, and egg to crab meat until well combined. Take care mixing to avoid crushing larger chunks of crabmeat
  2. Add bread crumbs a little at a time until the mixture holds together. You may not need to use all the bread crumbs.
  3. Shape the mixture into cakes and pan fry in vegetable oil or olive oil until golden brown. Serve immediately.
