  1. Grease the inside of two ramekins with butter and coat the buttered surface with Parmesan cheese.
  2. Mix egg, cream cheese, and chives together until light and well mixed.
  3. Pour into ramekins and bake at 400° for 18-20 minutes or until risen and brown
