Cream Cheese Soufflé
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, whipped
- 1 egg
- 2 tbs butter
- 2 tbs Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbs chives, chopped
Directions
- Grease the inside of two ramekins with butter and coat the buttered surface with Parmesan cheese.
- Mix egg, cream cheese, and chives together until light and well mixed.
- Pour into ramekins and bake at 400° for 18-20 minutes or until risen and brown
