Crawfish Pie

  1. Melt butter in black iron skillet and sauté onions, garlic, and celery until limp. Add crawfish and seasonings and simmer for five minutes.
  2. Grease pie plate and add crawfish mixture. Beat eggs and milk together and add Bisquick and beat well.
  3. Sprinkle crawfish mixture with cheese and pour Bisquick mixture on top.
  4. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes. You can adorn the top with any cheeses you like!
