Crawfish Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 lb peeled crawfish
- ¼ C parsley
- 1 package noodles (any)
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 stick butter
- ½ pint Half & Half or whipping cream
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 medium onion
- Salt, red pepper, white pepper, black pepper, and garlic powder, to taste
Directions
- Sauté onions, bell pepper, parsley, and onion tops, seasoning to taste.
- Add crawfish and sauté ten minutes. Add cream and cook until thick.
- Cook noodles according to package directions, then add cooked noodles to crawfish mixture and serve.
