Classic Cole Slaw
Ingredients
- ½ head green cabbage, finely shredded
- ¼ head red cabbage, finely shredded
- 3 medium carrots, grated
- ¾ C mayonnaise
- 2 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbs Dijon mustard
- ¼ C sour cream
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp celery salt
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
Directions
- Combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sour cream, honey, and all the dry seasonings in a large bowl and beat until smooth
- Add cabbage and carrots and mix well
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, mix, check for seasoning, and serve
