Clam Dip
Ingredients
- 1 can clams
- 1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
- ½ tsp salt
- dash pepper
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ C clam broth
- 1 tbs onion juice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve with water crackers, chips, or as a filling for finger sandwiches.
- For a lighter version, you can also use low-fat cream cheese.
