Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
- 315 ml evaporated milk
- 1 13-oz jar marshmallow cream
- 1½ C margarine
- 6 C sugar
- 2 C chopped nuts
- 2 12-oz packages semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Bring evaporated milk and margarine to a boil and remove from heat.
- Stir in sugar until dissolved. Cook covered over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until steam washes away the sugar crystals on the side of the pan (the soft ball stage). DO NOT STIR.
- Remove from heat, add chocolate chips, and stir until melted.
- Add marshmallow cream, nuts, and vanilla and beat until thick. Pour into 2 buttered 9x13 dishes and cool.
