Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Directions

  1. Mix Bisquick and milk until smooth.
  2. Add eggs one at a time and combine well.
  3. Add the vanilla and sugar, the cinnamon-sugar mixture (a 1:1 mixture of cinnamon and sugar) and the chocolate chips and combine well.
  4. Preheat a non-stick griddle to 325-350°
  5. Pour the pancake mixture on the griddle using a ¼ C measuring cup. The pancakes are ready to turn when bubbles rise to the surface and break open. You can also use a spatula and turn up one of the corners to see if they are ready to turn.
  6. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
