Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Ingredients
Full Recipe
- 2 C Bisquick
- 1½ C milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbs sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon-sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 C semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels
Half Recipe
- 1 C Bisquick
- ¾ C milk
- 1 eggs
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon-sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ C semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels
Directions
- Mix Bisquick and milk until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time and combine well.
- Add the vanilla and sugar, the cinnamon-sugar mixture (a 1:1 mixture of cinnamon and sugar) and the chocolate chips and
combine well.
- Preheat a non-stick griddle to 325-350°
- Pour the pancake mixture on the griddle using a ¼ C measuring cup. The pancakes are ready to turn when bubbles rise to the surface and break open. You
can also use a spatula and turn up one of the corners to see if they are ready to turn.
- Cook on both sides until golden brown.
