Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients
- 250 g cut-up cooked chicken
- 250 g frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 130 g Bisquick
- 120 ml milk
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Mix vegetables, chicken, and soup in an ungreased 9" pie plate.
- Stir remaining ingredients until blended.
- Pour into pie plate on top of chicken and vegetable mixture and bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
