Champagne Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 120 ml olive oil
- 80 ml Champagne vinegar
- 10 g Dijon mustard
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 small shallot, finely diced
- 7 g honey
- 3 g salt
- 3 g tsp pepper
Directions
- Add all ingredients except the olive oil to a mixing bowl and whisk together.
- Slowly add the olive oil and whisk vigorously until the dressing is combined.
Chef's Notes
- Use an immersion blender with a mixing cup for this, if you have one - fast, easy, and extremely effective
