Directions

  1. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla.
  2. Thoroughly mix the rice and eggs together in a separate bowl.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the rice and egg mixture and mix well.
  4. Drop by spoonfuls into 350° cooking oil, fry until brown, and drain on a wire rack.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot.
