Busy Day Stew

Ingredients

• 2 lb beef, cubed (e.g., round steak)
• 2 potatoes, cubed
• 2 carrots, cubed
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 stalks celery, diced
• 2 C V8 juice or Bloody Mary mix
• 2 tbs quick tapioca
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 tbs sugar
• 1 tbs Worcestershire

Directions

1. Combine ingredients in a heavy casserole dish.
2. Cover with foil and bake at 250 for 5 hours
