DeKoster Breakfast Casserole

Directions

  1. Coat 9 x 13 glass pan with non-stick cooking spray and fill the bottom with croutons.
  2. Layer 1/2 cup cheese, meat and vegetables on top of croutons.
  3. Mix eggs, milk and soup thoroughly and pour over mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and lightly cover with parsley or cilantro.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Cook 45 minutes - 1 hour at 325-350° degrees. Let stand before cutting.
