Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 can evaporated milk
- ½ C milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 C sugar
- 4 C cubed French bread
- 1 C raisins

Directions
- Whisk the eggs and add milk products, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix well. Add the sugar and mix well.
- Place the bread cubes with the raisins in a 9x9x2 buttered pan, covering the bottom.
- Pour egg and milk mixture over the bread and raisins, making sure the bread is thoroughly soaked and covered.
- Bake for 45 min at 350°
Chef's Notes
- Four cups of French bread cubes can be made from a 1 lb loaf of French bread
