Bread Pudding

Directions

  1. Whisk the eggs and add milk products, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix well. Add the sugar and mix well.
  2. Place the bread cubes with the raisins in a 9x9x2 buttered pan, covering the bottom.
  3. Pour egg and milk mixture over the bread and raisins, making sure the bread is thoroughly soaked and covered.
  4. Bake for 45 min at 350°
