  1. Mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeños, onions, water, pepper, salt, and cumin.
  2. Place the steak in a gallon ziplock bag, cover with the marinade, and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
  3. Place the steak on the grill and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping occasionally. Remove to a plate and allow to rest for 10 minutes
