Beef Fajitas
Ingredients
- 1¼ lbs flank steak
- 240 ml pineapple juice
- 120 ml soy sauce
- Fresh lime juice (4 small or 2 large)
- ¼ C cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 80 ml water
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cumin
- Flour Tortillas
Directions
- Mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeños, onions, water, pepper, salt, and cumin.
- Place the steak in a gallon ziplock bag, cover with the marinade, and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
- Place the steak on the grill and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping occasionally. Remove to a plate and allow to rest for 10 minutes
