Baked Salmon
Ingredients
- 3 lbs salmon filet
- Avocado oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Soy sauce
- Seasoned soy sauce
- Fish sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Black bean sauce
- Palm sugar
- Lime juice (optional)
- Bird's eye chilies (optional)
Directions
- Pour some of the avocado oil on a baking tray and use it to coat both sides of the salmon with oil.
- Season both sides to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour equal quantities of soy sauce, seasoned soy sauce, fish sauce, and oyster sauce around the fish (with some on top). Same with black bean sauce, lime juice and bird's eye chilies.
- Bake at 325*deg for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Remove the filet to a serving dish to rest.
- Pour ¼ C of water into the pan to deglaze and pour over top. If you want to reduce the sauce, place the pan over direct heat for a minute or so to reduce, then pour over top.
