Baked Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs
- ¼ C balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 3-5 cloves garlic
- ¼ C chopped basil
Directions
- Wash chicken thighs, pat dry, and place them in a deep vessel for marinating. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the top of the thighs. Cover and allow to marinate under refrigeration for at least 2 hours.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place in a shallow baking dish. Bake the chicken @375° for 1-1½ hours or until done. As the balsamic vinegar roasts, it will exude its natural sugars that will carmelize and blacken the skin.
