  1. Wash chicken parts and pat dry. Season both sides of the chicken thighs with the dry seasoning and place them in a shallow baking dish.
  2. Melt the butter and add the soy sauce, hot sauce, and rice wine. Pour over the breasts and bake at 375°, basting frequently, for 1 hour on until internal temperature reaches 165°.
