Baked Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 skin-on boneless chicken thighs
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp MSG
- 2 tbs rice wine
- 2 tbs hot sauce
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- ½ stick butter
Directions
- Wash chicken parts and pat dry. Season both sides of the chicken thighs with the dry seasoning and place them in a shallow baking dish.
- Melt the butter and add the soy sauce, hot sauce, and rice wine. Pour over the breasts and bake at 375°, basting frequently, for 1 hour on until internal temperature reaches 165°.
