Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
- 240 g ripe Haas avocados (~2 medium)
- 120 g light mayo
- 60 g distilled white vinegar
- 60 g fat free buttermilk
- 60 g lime juice
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp sugar
- pinch each salt and pepper
- 1 tbs water
Directions
- Add avocados, mayo, vinegar, buttermilk, lime juice, ranch mix and seasonings to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add the olive oil in a thin stream and blend until combined, then add the water to adjust the thickness
- Adjust the seasonings, cover, and refrigerate until ready to use
Chef's Notes
- You can substitute buttermilk by mixing ¼ C milk with 1 tbs white vinegar or lemon juice
- Dairy-free buttermilk will make this recipe dairy-free
- Dairy-free buttermilk and vegan mayo will make this recipe vegan
